At select luxury resort properties, Akamai Business Center is our service that caters to the demanding needs of today’s business traveler and groups. Our professionally staffed business center locations offer business PCs with large monitors containing a full suite of applications and with complete access to the CD/DVD writer, multiple USB ports, and even temporary application installation capabilities for customers with specific application requirements. Of course, we also offer high-speed monochrome and color printing capabilities, all on a 24/7/365 basis. Customers with laptop computers also have access to Internet connectivity and high-speed printing. Additionally, we provide on-site high-speed copy and color copy services, document faxing and scanning, and a professional pack-and-ship service for packages and luggage.

While providing our services on a daily basis to the individual guests of the hotel and customers from surrounding properties, we also fully support the conference services department and their client groups with business center services, high-volume shipping of meeting and expo materials, and our popular business equipment rentals with daily on-site support. Currently, Akamai Business Center is available at the luxurious AAA Five-Diamond award winner Ritz-Carlton Kapalua.

We also install and support self-service, credit card activated, automated Internet Workstations that each provide a business PC with business software, full access to the built-in media readers, CDRW/DVDRW drives, USB ports and more, along with high-speed Internet connectivity. Based on the needs of the location, these PCs are connected to one or more of our HP brand laser or color laser printers. Additional capabilities are also available including copying, scanning and fax service, pursuant to the needs of each location.
